OJ Simpson has been granted bail after appearing in court in connection with an alleged armed robbery in Las Vegas.
Bail was set at $125,000 and he was banned from contacting potential witnesses - or from leaving the US. He has been held since last week and faces 11 charges including robbery and kidnapping, which he denies. If convicted, he faces the possibility of life in prison.
OJ Simpson has been arrested by police investigating an alleged robbery of sports memorabilia - O.J. Simpson charged with robbery, assault, burglary while view as he surrended to police in Florida. His sting operation turned to be a police set up to trap him.
The tape was recorded by Thomas Riccio: Simpson is hurling
profanities at Beardsley and memorabilia dealer, Bruce Fromong. Alfred Beardsley, one of the men accusing O.J. Simpson of armed
robbery, now claims that he is on Simpson's side and wants the
case dropped.
Fromong said that he considered Simpson a close friend and
testified for his defense during the 1997 wrongful death trial. Simpson denies being friends with either man. "None of these guys are friends of mine," OJ declared on Saturday
